We're looking for an Android Developer to join our Mobile team and help build high-quality digital products for clients from around the world.

At Droids On Roids, you'll work on long-term projects across different industries, collaborating with experienced engineers, designers, QA specialists and Product Owners. You’ll become part of Mobile Team and a cross-functional product team. We work in Scrum, but we treat it as a framework – not a rigid set of rules. We adapt our processes to each project’s needs and focus on delivering value rather than following ceremonies for their own sake. Our culture is based on trust, transparency and direct communication. We encourage knowledge sharing through regular competence meetings, technical discussions and cross-team collaboration.

You will be:

  • Designing, building, and maintaining native Android applications,
  • Cooperating closely in experienced Agile teams that include Product Owners, QAs, Web and Mobile (Flutter, iOS, Android, KMP, React Native) Developers, Designers,
  • Taking part in technical discussions and architectural decisions,

Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code,

  • Communicating directly with the Clients, suggesting technical solutions that work for the business,
  • Participating in code reviews and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Evaluating new technologies and keeping up with current industry best practices.

Requirements - we want you if you have:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in Android development,,
  • Strong knowledge of Kotlin,
  • Understanding of software architecture and clean code principles,
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows,
  • Experience working in an Agile environment,
  • Analytical and problem-solving approach,
  • Great communication skills, also in direct communication with clients, and openness to give and receive feedback,
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English and Polish (at least B2/C1 level).
