ROLE PURPOSE
The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.
To support the management and continuous enhancement of digital products by coordinating product requirements, operational readiness activities, technical enablement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement efforts. The role contributes to ensuring product stability, supporting deployment models such as White Label and On-Premise offerings, facilitating collaboration between product and technical teams, and helping deliver product enhancements that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Accountabilities
Key Activities
- Product Requirements & Backlog Management
- Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and customers.
- Support the preparation and prioritization of product backlogs.
- Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain product requirement documentation and traceability.
- Product Operations & Technical Coordination
- Coordinate with technology and operations teams to support product operational requirements.
- Follow up on infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related dependencies.
- Support resolution of operational issues impacting product performance.
- Facilitate communication between product and technical stakeholders.
- Product Enhancement & Release Support
- Support planning and implementation of product enhancements and releases.
- Track enhancement progress and coordinate required stakeholder inputs.
- Participate in testing and validation activities.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and collect feedback.
- Customer & Market Requirements Analysis
- Collect customer feedback and analyze business requirements.
- Support product improvement initiatives based on market needs.
- Document emerging opportunities and customer expectations.
- Contribute to product value proposition development.
- White Label & On-Premise Enablement Support
- Support product readiness activities related to White Label deployments.
- Assist in preparing operational and business requirements for On-Premise implementations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders involved in deployment and onboarding activities.

- Product Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain product documentation, user guides, and operational references.
- Support knowledge transfer activities related to product capabilities.
- Ensure documentation reflects current product features and processes.
- Contribute to improving product information availability.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Product Support
- Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to support product objectives.
- Assist in responding to stakeholder inquiries related to product capabilities.
- Support workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Product Performance Monitoring
- Track product KPIs and operational performance indicators.
- Support preparation of product performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to continuous product improvement activities.
- Policies, Processes & Procedures
- Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Academic and professional qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
Years and Nature of Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Development, Business Analysis, Digital Products, or related fields.
