What You'll Do:
As a Technical Solutions Engineer with the Global Client Operations Center (GCOC), you will join a team dedicated to implementing technology solutions that help clients reach their objectives. Your role will be essential in enhancing client support and boosting the efficiency of our operational processes. Your team is responsible for integrating and optimizing Retail Media products on the most important online players in the region.
Day-to-Day activities:
- Be an expert on the Criteo Retail Media product from a technical perspective
- Support internal teams in technical integration of new clients via Jira tickets.
- Test and troubleshoot the client’s implementation while providing feedback to the client via internal teams.
- Review, optimize and analyze active campaigns and suggest enhancements in the existing integration to improve the configuration.
- Identify bugs, report them, and work close to our escalation and R&D teams on their resolution.
- Establish trustful relationships with other Operations and Commercial Teams
- Participate with the wider global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
This position is based in Gurugram. Shift Timings: 12:30 pm IST to 09:30 pm IST.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English, both spoken & written
- Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree
- Experience in understanding & reviewing code in HTML, JavaScript, APIs and Chrome Developer Tools with experience of 2-4 years.
- Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Team oriented and open to provide and receive feedback.
- High attention to detail and meticulous to execute tasks for key and complex clients
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for new media, internet trends, and continuous learning.
