What You’ll Do

  • Install and maintain IT Infrastructure including servers, networks, and storage systems.
  • Develop and implement plans for network monitoring, expansion, and disaster recovery.
  • Secure systems with relevant standards and regulations for compliance.
  • Respond and route technical issues for the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems.
  • Provide help desk support and proper route requiring escalations to appropriate teams.
  • Evaluate technology risks and effectively communicate them.
  • Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Support IT operational projects.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • At least 2-5 years of hands-on experience with cloud technologies and network systems.
  • Practical experience in Microsoft Server Systems, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra.
  • CCNA, CCNP, Network + or Security + certification is a plus.
  • Ability to understand network protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to communicate technical information both verbal and written.
  • Ability to comprehend technical manuals and procedural documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
