This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager, Legal Solutions based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to shape go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of legal technology products within a globally distributed marketing organization. You’ll lead launches, strengthen product positioning, and create sales enablement that helps teams clearly communicate customer value. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success, you’ll turn market and customer insights into compelling programs. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across campaigns, webinars, events, and digital initiatives. You’ll have meaningful ownership, autonomy, and visibility while working in a fast-moving, AI-shaped environment. Accountabilities:

  • Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market programs, coordinating closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure strong market execution and alignment with business priorities.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, battlecards, and talk tracks that equip commercial teams to communicate product value effectively.
  • Gather and apply customer, market, and competitive insights to strengthen positioning, messaging, campaigns, and customer education.
  • Partner with marketing teams on campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs, contributing ideal customer profile insights and data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Build a strong understanding of legal technology buyers, their challenges, and the ways products address their needs, using these insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Lead messaging for product releases, campaigns, and events, providing clear strategic direction and writing marketing copy such as emails and promotional content when needed.
  • Track program performance, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement, using results to optimize activities and improve business impact.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and trends while collaborating across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to keep go-to-market initiatives aligned.
  • Manage multiple projects and ambiguous requests with strong ownership, moving initiatives from initial ideas to clear plans, decisions, and execution.

Requirements:

  • Bring 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B software or technology environment, with a strong interest in product marketing and go-to-market execution.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
  • Be an excellent writer who can translate customer pain points and technical product information into clear, compelling messaging and marketing assets.
  • Communicate confidently with senior leaders, including executives and stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Be comfortable leading meetings and discussions toward clear outcomes, even when you do not have every answer at the outset.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ownership by turning broad or ambiguous requests into actionable plans and coordinating with internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
  • Work effectively with marketing and business tools such as Asana, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and AI-powered tools, with a focus on selecting technology that improves execution.
  • Bring strong curiosity and customer empathy, consistently seeking to understand why an issue matters, who is affected, and what should happen next.
  • Experience in legal technology, law, or corporate legal environments is considered a plus.
