The ideal candidate will lead design thinking and productisation efforts across key missions, ensuring solutions are well-scoped, intuitive, and designed for real-world impact. By driving discovery sprints, mapping customer journeys, and prototyping experiences, you’ll bridge the gap between insight and implementation. You’ll own the product backlog, apply rigorous prioritisation, and ensure every deliverable is built with adoption and change in mind—turning one-off initiatives into scalable, reusable products that deliver lasting value.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discovery and design sprints to uncover user needs and validate solutions.
- Map and refine customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
