Job description

Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam Co. Ltd. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into actionable plans and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities**

* Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear and concise functional and non-functional specifications. * Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. * Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet business objectives and technical standards. * Create and maintain various documentation including use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models. * Participate in the design and prototyping of user interfaces and user experiences. * Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate requirements, progress, and solutions to diverse audiences. * Support the testing phase, including reviewing test plans and cases, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT). * Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and ensuring effective communication. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications** 1. English: Fluent 2. Location: HCMC 3. Mode: In office 5. Knowledge (advanced level):  a. BA process, tasks and techniques  b. Software Development Lifecycles (V Model, and a mix of Agile, RAD, Spiral)  c. Making software (SCADA or IOT, telecom, civil engineering...) / writing scripts (VBA/VBS or Python) / programming 6. Knowledgeable/Experienced in rail domain; or at least willing to invest/research on those topics. 7. Excellent at self-management, problem-solving, communication, and research (particularly in software systems and related technologies). 8. Experienced in IoT, civil engineering, or data analytics is a plus.
