Responsibilities:

  • Independently coordinate the IT requirements of business areas.
  • Collect, document, and perform an initial assessment of new IT requirements, taking both functional and non-functional aspects into account.
  • Identify and document group-wide requirements related to architecture, strategy, usability, interfaces, and system services.
  • Work closely with business units, process owners, and IT experts to develop and document solution approaches.
  • Support the preparation of management decision-making materials presenting business requirements, proposed IT solutions, and their added value.
  • Serve as a key point of contact between business units and the international IT organization.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience; experience in demand management is an advantage.
  • Strong business mindset, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Business-level written and spoken proficiency in Hungarian, English, and German.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
