Software Finder is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior QA professional to lead and perform complex lead verification, quality reviews, audits and issue-driven analysis to ensure lead accuracy and operational quality.
The ideal candidate should have experience in quality assurance, lead verification, data analysis or a similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires excellent attention to detail, accurate reporting, strong communication and the ability to independently identify quality trends and recommend actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform complex lead verification and two-tier reviews of unapproved leads.
- Conduct vendor health checks, refund analysis and targeted quality audits to identify data and process issues.
- Perform call quality evaluations and assess lead interactions against established quality standards.
- Analyze quality issues, trends and recurring errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor lead quality and verification accuracy, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Prepare accurate reports, maintain clear documentation and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all verification, audit and review activities are completed accurately and in accordance with established processes and company policies.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, lead verification, auditing, data analysis or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with lead verification, quality audits, call evaluations or similar QA processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and perform root-cause analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Proactive, independent and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environmen
