About the role

As our Business Analyst, you'll help support and evolve our LEGO® financial planning tools as we continue building on a strong digital transformation journey. You'll work at the intersection of business and technology, translating business needs into practical solutions and helping ensure new capabilities deliver value for users. At the LEGO Group, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, product leadership, and developers to improve processes, support users, and strengthen data-driven planning across the organization.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

This role is based in Billund.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions
  • Experience designing or improving business processes using tools such as process diagrams or mock-ups
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective stakeholder partnerships
  • Clear communication skills for workshops and cross-functional engagement
  • Experience supporting change adoption and helping users adapt to new tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with enterprise performance management tools such as OneStream
  • Comfort working with system logic and finance modelling concepts
  • Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong critical thinking and practical problem-solving skills

What you'll build

  • Strong partnerships between business stakeholders and digital product teams
  • Well-defined requirements that support effective delivery and user value
  • User acceptance testing activities that help ensure quality releases
  • Training and change management support that increases confidence and adoption
  • Improved incident resolution through data analysis and collaboration with developers
  • Clear business process documentation that supports consistency and learning
  • Better user experiences with finance tools and stronger process adherence across the organization
  • New capabilities that improve data quality and reduce manual reconciliation

If you've worked on projects involving finance planning, financial reporting, business casing, process change, or user adoption, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect business needs with practical solutions, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and stay curious as you help improve the way we work.

Life on the team

You'll join Corporate Reporting & Planning within Corporate Finance. The team is responsible for internal financial reporting, performance management, annual planning, and in-year estimates. We work in a collaborative hybrid rhythm, with regular team check-ins, shared office days, monthly extended discussions, and in-person gatherings that help us stay connected and learn from one another.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted partner in the evolution of our financial planning landscape. You'll help deliver change management initiatives, support testing for new capabilities, strengthen the financial planning roadmap, and contribute to improved data quality. You'll work closely with the Product Manager for Finance Tools, Business Process Owners, and colleagues across Corporate Reporting & Planning as the team continues expanding and enhancing its planning capabilities over the next 12 to 18 months.
