Job Description

Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead to design, develop, and lead end-to-end enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend expertise in Java along with modern frontend technologies, and proven experience in leading development teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality delivery & good BFSI domain experience. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
• Provide technical mentorship to developers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.

Full Stack Development

• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture.
• Build responsive UI using Angular.
• Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
• Work on database design and optimization (SQL).

Project Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Break down requirements into technical tasks and manage sprint planning.
• Ensure timely delivery with high-quality output.

Team Management

• Lead and manage a team of developers.
• Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Core Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
• Frontend skills: Angular / React / JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience in building REST APIs and web services
• Knowledge of database systems: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Understanding of design patterns and data structures
