Description
Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Windows & Linux System Administrator to support on the Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) network and in separate secure enclaves supporting NIWC PAC. The selected candidate will ensure existing infrastructure remains secure and assist with the design and engineering of new capabilities.
This position is 100% onsite.
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
· System Administration to include Windows 11 and RHEL
· Developing and using PowerShell and bash scripts
· Providing technical engineering and design reviews for current and new infrastructure.
· Hardening servers to DISA standards (compliance with STIG, CTO, and other guidance)
· Automation using Ansible playbook.
· Maintaining asset tracking database, working with team to develop SOPs
· Assisting with obtaining quotes and procuring assets from vendors
· Assisting with shipping equipment to remote teams

· Security+ CE
· GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC)
· Security Certified Network Professional (SCNP)
· System Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)
Required Skills
· 3+ Years of Experience with Windows Systems
· 3+ Years of Experience with RHEL Systems
· Developing and using PowerShell and bash scripts
· Experience with the IAVM process (STIGs and patches)
Desired Skills
- Windows/RHEL System Administration Experience
- Automation using Ansible playbook.
- Experience with endpoint security
