Senior DevOps

Eitan Medical is a fast-growing global medical device company, developing and manufacturing innovative drug delivery and infusion solutions across the continuum of care-from the hospital to the home.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will work closely with Development, Architecture and Operations teams to build, optimize and maintain our cloud-native SaaS platform, while improving platform reliability, automation, security and developer productivity.

Job Description

• Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments, primarily AKS.
• Support production and non-production SaaS environments.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues across distributed systems.
• Implement monitoring, alerting and operational best practices.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning and environment creation.
• Improve operational workflows through scripting and automation.
• Develop reusable tools to reduce manual operational effort.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Enhance GitOps workflows using Argo CD.
• Optimize release management and deployment automation.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, secrets management and network security.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to improve engineering efficiency and automation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (5+ years).
• At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps / Platform Engineer.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
• Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitOps methodologies and Argo CD.
• Experience with Python scripting and automation.
• Experience supporting production environments.
• Strong understanding of networking technologies including DNS, TLS, Load Balancers and Ingress Controllers.
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic or similar.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
