- Translate business strategy, product strategy, and service portfolio objectives into scalable service capabilities and executable operating models that enable consistent global delivery
- Drive service enablement and readiness for new products, technologies, service offerings, lifecycle transitions, and business transformations

- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product Development, Product Management, Service Product Management, Technical Support, Education Services, Field Services, Hardware Services, Operations, Supply Chain, Pricing, and other relevant groups to ensure successful service delivery outcomes
- Establish and govern service readiness practices that ensure all requirements across people, processes, systems, tools, infrastructure, training documentation, entitlements, provisioning, and commercial execution are identified, validated, and completed
- Ensure services are designed for supportability, maintainability, operational efficiency, customer success, and long-term business viability throughout the service lifecycle
- Drive implementation of service requirements across business systems, operational processes, and supporting infrastructure to ensure services can be efficiently sold, quoted, provisioned, delivered, supported, renewed, and maintained
- Manage a portfolio of complex Services Engineering initiatives, balancing strategic priorities, operational demands, resource constraints, dependencies, and organizational objectives
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, systems thinking, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-focused decision-making
Who You Are:
- You are a systems thinker who can connect product decisions, service design, delivery execution, business systems, customer outcomes, and organizational capability into a practical operating model. You understand that a product release does not automatically create a deliverable service, and you know how to lead a team that creates the conditions required for successful service delivery
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, establishing structure where ownership is unclear, and helping teams move from strategic intent to scalable operational reality
- You build strong partnerships across functions, influence without relying only on authority, and help stakeholders align around shared outcomes even when priorities, processes, and measures of success differ
- You develop people, strengthen team capability, and create an environment where technical depth, business understanding, operational discipline, and ownership behaviors can grow together
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of experience in engineering, services, operations, technical support, product management, program management, or related disciplines.
5+ years of people leadership experience leading technical and/or cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading complex initiatives across multiple organizations without direct authority.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business, product, or service strategy into scalable operational execution
- Experience working across the product lifecycle, including concept, development, launch, sustainment, transformation, transition, and end-of-life phases
- Experience designing, improving, or governing business processes, operating models, readiness frameworks, lifecycle models, or organizational capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- Experience in service engineering, service design, service operations, technical services, customer success, technical support, field service, hardware services, or post-sales service organizations
- Knowledge of New Product Introduction, product lifecycle management, service lifecycle management, service readiness, launch management, or service design practices.
- Experience implementing service governance frameworks, operating models, global deployment strategies, or lifecycle governance models
- Experience working with enterprise business systems, service workflows, operational processes, and supporting infrastructure
- Experience leading transformation, operating model design, service modernization, or cross-functional capability-building initiatives
