Full Stack Engineer - Python / React
Want to work across a range of client products rather than one codebase, with agentic tooling as part of the day job?
That's what this role offers at hedgehog lab, a UK digital product consultancy that's been going two decades and is now growing across the EU.
About the work
You'd move between client products rather than sitting on a single codebase. Different problems, different domains, real variety. You can see the kind of work we do at hedgehoglab.com/projects.
Agentic tooling is part of how we build, not a side experiment.
The stack
- Python on the back end.
- React and TypeScript on the front end.
- Running on AWS or Azure.
What we're looking for
- Strong experience at Senior Full Stack level in commercial, production Python environments.
- You've used agentic engineering tools to ship real features.
- Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications on Azure or AWS.
- Enough front end range to work with React.js when needed.
Location and flexibility
We're opening offices in Romania and Portugal, but there's no set number of office days a week or month. Working here is genuinely flexible.
This is a permanent employee role, not B2B.
