Overview

Job Title: Senior Business Process Analyst Location: National Capital Region (Washington DC and surrounding areas) Rivet Operations Company is looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to design and document the acquisition business processes for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the National Capital Region. The Senior Business Process Analyst role is responsible for evaluating and redesigning work flows to make operations more efficient. This involves using data-driven process artifacts to justify operational changes. Key Responsibilities• Develop the process to analyze and determine the most appropriate acquisition pathway for potential materiel solutions • Develop assessment criteria to evaluate current and potential investments for strategic alignment, business value, technical health, program health, and acquisition readiness• Build the list of relevant acquisition activities, systems engineering activities, and supporting documentation needed to reach program decision points for each acquisition pathway• Assist the PM in defining the portfolio management purpose, establishing mission objectives, scope, and governance authority for portfolio management at CISA• Create the portfolio taxonomy, grouping investments by mission capability areas• Support development of the implementation roadmap and the portfolio performance management processes for cost, schedule, technical performance, strategic value, resources, and risk tolerance Requirements

Required Qualifications• U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.• Must possess a Bachelor's degree related to the field of work.• 5 to 7 years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement or corporate operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • 3 years supporting the DHS or another federal agency preferred.• Prior experience within the Department of Homeland security with familiarity in cybersecurity is desired.
