This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Systems Analyst based in the United States.
This role supports the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deposit products and digital banking platforms.You will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across operations, compliance, vendor management, and technology.The position offers hands-on exposure to system configuration, testing, product implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform support.You will play an important role in ensuring new products and enhancements are properly configured, tested, documented, and delivered.The role is well suited to an analytical professional who enjoys solving system issues and improving processes in a regulated financial environment.You will also develop expertise across banking systems, technology vendors, and digital solutions while contributing throughout the product lifecycle.This is a remote opportunity offering meaningful career development, collaboration, and exposure to both banking operations and technology.

Accountabilities:
- Product and system support: Support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of deposit and digital banking platforms, assisting with system configuration and monitoring performance under the guidance of senior team members.
- Issue resolution: Research product and system issues, troubleshoot problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and appropriately escalate issues to technology vendors or internal support teams.
- Testing and quality assurance: Help develop test plans and test cases for new products, system enhancements, and software releases; execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document results, identify defects, and track them through resolution.
- Product implementation: Support the implementation of new products and services by coordinating project tasks and timelines, validating configurations, participating in implementation activities, and contributing to post-launch reviews.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product, Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, and other internal stakeholders to support product initiatives and ensure effective system and operational outcomes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, system documentation, testing materials, and product reference resources, ensuring information remains accurate as products and platforms evolve.
- Vendor support: Assist with technology vendor relationships by tracking support tickets and implementation requests, participating in vendor meetings and demonstrations, and staying informed about new features and system capabilities.
- Continuous improvement: Monitor products and systems for potential enhancements and contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, user experience, and overall product performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, technology support, or a closely related field.
- Analytical capabilities: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify patterns, and support practical solutions.
- Technical proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and the ability to learn and work effectively with banking systems, digital platforms, and technology tools.
- Testing experience: Familiarity with software testing, quality assurance, User Acceptance Testing, defect tracking, or related processes is preferred.
- Banking knowledge: Experience working within a financial institution and familiarity with banking operations or digital banking platforms are advantageous.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Organization and prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and remain effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Product mindset: Interest in technology, process improvement, digital products, and product management, with a willingness to continuously develop expertise.
- Working style: Detail-oriented, dependable, collaborative, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- Work requirements: Ability to work at a computer for extended periods and perform occasional physical activities such as sitting, walking, reaching, bending, or lifting/moving items up to 10 pounds.

- Salary: $81,000–$106,000 annually, with final compensation based on relevant qualifications and experience.
