About the role

As part of the Bureau of Technology, you’ll design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions to improve our Customer Care. You’ll join a new team, Care AI (a mix of data scientists and software engineers) focused on enhancing the experience of our customers in need of help with faster and more precise resolutions. Your focus will be in implementing and scaling our Care AI agents and improving AI powered features aimed at increasing agents efficiency, detecting customer sentiment and speeding up resolutions.

What you will do

  • Identify company problems and opportunities that AI can address, own them end-to-end, from problem definition to production rollout, collaborating with stakeholders and relevant teams to design and ship the product features that solves them.
  • Hands-on development, productionisation, and operation of machine learning models and/or GenAI applications at scale. This includes integrating and optimizing LLMs for production environments.
  • Contribute to the development of the AI community within the company by promoting best practices and sharing your work internally to raise awareness about AI capabilities
  • Regularly present work internally (demo, internal conferences,...) to technical, engineering and product stakeholders to acculturate the business to AI related topics

About you

  • 6+ years of industry experience in data science or related fields, with a Master's or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Economics, Sciences, or Engineering)
  • Proven track record of leading impactful data science initiatives that solve real business problems, with the ability to mentor and develop scientists, engineers, and peers
  • Deep knowledge of the ML lifecycle, algorithms, best practices, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and Generative AI APIs
  • Strong ability to design end-to-end AI and data architectures that integrate with existing product systems, data platforms, and engineering infrastructure, with solid Python skills and software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, deployment)
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted and agentic coding workflows (e.g. Claude Code), and strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
