Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to lead impactful IT and infrastructure projects? Skilled at managing stakeholders and delivering projects in a fast-paced, Agile environment? Are you looking for a role where you can influence change and drive continuous improvement?
At Bromford Flagship Livewest we’re looking for a motivated Project Manager to lead the delivery of cross-functional IT and infrastructure projects aligned to our strategic goals. You’ll play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that support innovation and improve business performance.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Location: Norwich - with agile working
Hours: Full time - 37 hpw Mon-Fri
Contract: Permanent
What You'll be Doing
- Plan, manage, and deliver IT and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Create clear project documentation, track progress, and manage risks and issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather and define requirements
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the business and with external partners
- Act as a central point of contact for IT project activity and change management
- Ensure all projects comply with company policies, standards, and best practices
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve project delivery and performance
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practice
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Excellent planning, organisational, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across all levels
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly
- Understanding of IT security and data protection principles
- Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent experience), and/or
- Professional Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Six Sigma)
