Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement product test processes within the ISP electronics manufacturing environment to ensure reliable and efficient testing operations.
- Perform tester installation, commissioning, and quality assurance (QA) activities using ICT principles, programming, and test optimization techniques.
- Maintain and troubleshoot test equipment to ensure continuous production readiness and minimize downtime.
- Provide debugging and analytical support for test and product-related issues, leveraging knowledge of active and passive electronic components.
- Apply quality tools and methodologies such as Cpk and Gauge R&R to monitor test effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update test documentation, procedures, and process records to ensure compliance and knowledge retention.
