Job Posting Details
The appointee is expected to provide administrative support to taught postgraduate programs, support student recruitment, manage student admission and registration, co-ordinate student activities and events, manage program finance, provide secretarial support and perform any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a recognized bachelor’s degree with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The candidate should have a good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, good computer literacy, good communications, organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong sense of responsibility, ability to perform multi-tasks, work independently as well as in a team. Working outside normal office hours may be required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
