Digital Banking Solutions Architect - Sub-Contractor

Perficient has a subcontracting opportunity for a Digital Banking Solutions Architect on client site in Charlotte, NC. As a Solutions Architect you will be able to service as the client bank's technical advisor and advocate during the implementation of the selected digital banking platform. You will provide architectural oversight and ensure decisions align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

· Define and communicate the target solution architecture for the digital banking platform.

· Evaluate vendor-recommended designs, integrations, and technical approaches.

· Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and business requirements.

· Review integration architecture involving core banking, payments, fraud, authentication, and digital channels.

· Identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.

· Provide technical leadership during design, testing, and implementation phases.

· Act as the primary technical liaison between Client Bank and the platform vendor.

Qualifications

· 10+ years of solution architecture experience in banking or financial services.

· Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems, APIs, integrations, and security architecture.

· Experience with platforms such as Q2, Alkami, FIS, or similar banking technologies.

· US-based with ability to travel during the initial phase of the program.
