Mechanical Resource Group (MRG) is looking for an Aftermarket Project Manager to work with our Aftermarket Parts team to manage orders and projects from initial order to completion. You will influence opportunities by ensuring order and project accuracy, organization, on-time delivery, and technical support.

What you’ll do
- Coordinate equipment orders and projects from order entry through completion, ensuring accuracy, organization, and on-time delivery.
- Partner with sales teams, vendors, and customers to manage project schedules, communicate updates, and resolve project challenges.
- Manage project documentation, financial tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing to support successful project execution.
- Provide technical support through job site visits, troubleshooting equipment, and hands-on mechanical work, including pump rebuilds and specialty applications.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Expand your technical expertise through ongoing training and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.
