Position Summary
As Senior Solution Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. Reporting to the Director of Solution Delivery, you will turn client needs and strategic objectives into immersive XR experiences that deliver measurable value and lasting impact - ensuring that innovation directly supports our clients’ scientific and business goals. In this role, you are the central link between world-class life-science organizations and our multidisciplinary development teams. You will coordinate and guide those teams day-to-day, driving alignment, setting clear priorities, and maintaining rigorous execution standards while anticipating and mitigating risks. Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex client XR software projects, ensuring successful outcomes from initiation through completion.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional internal teams while managing scope, timelines, and budgets in line with company standards and client requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear, professional communication that drives satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Align project priorities with client objectives, delivering measurable value through efficient and dependable execution.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks early to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Take product ownership for selected use cases in close collaboration with the Solution Management team, shaping their strategic direction and driving continuous improvement.
- Track and report progress continuously, providing transparent updates on performance and key milestones to all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology, Economics, a scientific discipline, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in customer-facing software project or product management, with a proven record of delivering complex projects for enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to lead performance-driven, cross-functional, international teams while setting a strong professional example.
- Deep knowledge of industry standards, tools, methodologies, and best practices in software project management, combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Background in science, the medical or pharmaceutical industry, or hands-on experience with VR/XR/MR technologies is a plus.
