DSV Solutions is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Project Manager in AUS - Melbourne Airport, Watson Drive

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead key projects from concept to completion. You'll play a critical role in driving business success by balancing day-to-day project delivery with forward planning, continuous improvement, strategic change initiatives, and long-term business outcomes. This role will also champion project management best practices across business units, requiring strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to influence change and drive successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading projects from initiation through to successful completion
- Developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and delivery frameworks
• Driving the adoption of project management methodologies and best practices across business units, while influencing change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and implementing mitigation strategies
• Providing leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful project outcomes
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Driving collaboration to ensure project goals align with broader business objectives
- Supporting forward planning and strategic initiatives that enable future growth
- Identifying process improvements and efficiencies to enhance project outcomes
- Monitoring performance and ensuring projects deliver measurable business value
