The Opportunity This is not a passive reporting role. You will:• Partner directly with clinical, finance, and operations leaders
- Turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Help bring structure and visibility to a fast-growing organization
What You’ll Do• Analyze data across EMR, financial, operational, and marketing systems
- Deliver insights that drive decisions (not just reports)
- Become an EMR super user supporting clinical teams
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Support inventory + cost optimization
- Contribute to cross-functional performance initiatives
- Improve reporting structure and standards

Compensation & Benefits $80,000 – $100,000 base + full benefits
