Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support the development, enhancement, and integration of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering scalable business functionality, custom components, and integrations within a complex Salesforce environment.

 

The ideal candidate can independently execute development work while collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners and other technical team members.

 

Enterprise experience strongly preferred.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Develop and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

* Build and support Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality, including routing, capacity, and presence management.

* Develop scalable Salesforce applications and business functionality using Apex and Lightning frameworks, with Lightning Web Components as the primary development framework.

* Develop Apex triggers, controllers, test classes, and supporting application logic.

* Develop custom objects and other Salesforce platform customizations.

* Maintain and enhance existing Aura and Visualforce components as needed.

* Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST-based web services and Salesforce APIs.

* Work with REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs to support integrations, deployments, and platform functionality.

* Support integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications as applicable.

* Participate in Git-based Salesforce development, CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.

* Independently own assigned development work while collaborating effectively with the broader team.

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

 

* 5+ years of experience developing Salesforce business applications.

* Strong proficiency in Apex, including triggers, controllers, and test classes.

* Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

* Experience with Salesforce Lightning development.

* Strong experience with SOQL and SOSL.

* Demonstrated experience building business solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.

* Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni-Channel functionality.

* Experience developing custom objects and working within the Salesforce development environment.

* Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST-based web services.

* Experience maintaining or enhancing existing Aura and/or Visualforce components.

* Hands-on experience with Git and Salesforce CI/CD, deployment, and migration processes.

* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

 

Nice-to-Have Skills

 

* Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.

* Experience with telephony or CTI integrations within Salesforce.

* Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.

* Familiarity with complex Salesforce data models and large-scale implementations.

* Experience with Copado or similar Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.

* Experience supporting integrations with external SaaS platforms and AppExchange applications.

* Experience integrating Salesforce with AI-driven tools or services, including predictive analytics, machine learning APIs, or generative AI platforms.

* Exposure to Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein features or AI-powered automation within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

* Experience building AI-enabled workflows or automation using REST APIs.

* Understanding of prompt engineering concepts or experience applying generative AI tools within business applications.

* Familiarity with data preparation, governance, and security considerations for AI-enabled solutions.

Location, Time & Engagement

 

* Remote contract engagement.

* Full-time allocation, approximately 40 hours per week.

* Candidates must be located in LATAM or India.

* Availability to work U.S. Central Time hours is required.

* Current contract end date: March 31, 2027.
