Have you helped a bank or credit union through a core conversion?
A well established DFW credit union is preparing to transition from Fiserv XP2 to Corelation Keystone and is looking for an experienced Core Banking Conversion Project Manager to help lead the initiative from the credit union side.
This is not a traditional corporate Project Manager role.
We are looking for someone who understands financial institutions, core technology, operational dependencies, vendors, testing, data, and the complexity involved in moving an entire organization from one core platform to another.
Bank or credit union experience is required. Credit union experience is strongly preferred.
The Opportunity
You will serve as a central point of coordination between internal leadership, technology, business departments, Corelation, and third party vendors throughout the conversion.
You will help keep timelines, deliverables, testing, integrations, training, and readiness on track from planning through go live and stabilization.
What You’ll Lead
- Overall planning and coordination of the XP2 to Corelation Keystone conversion
- Project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordination between Corelation, third party vendors, technology staff, and internal departments
- Requirements gathering and departmental readiness
- Data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Testing strategy and UAT coordination
- Mock conversion planning and execution
- Risk, issue, action item, and dependency tracking
- Vendor accountability and follow up
- Executive level project reporting
- Conversion documentation and status communication
- Training and organizational readiness
- Cutover planning
- Go live coordination
- Post conversion stabilization
This is an opportunity to play a central role in a major transformation and work directly with leadership on one of the credit union’s most important strategic initiatives.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bank or credit union experience is required
- Credit union experience is strongly preferred
- Experience managing or playing a significant role in a financial institution core conversion
- Fiserv XP2 experience is strongly preferred
- Corelation Keystone experience is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of banking operations and core system dependencies
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors and internal stakeholders
- Strong project planning, communication, and documentation skills
- Experience with testing, implementation, UAT, and data validation
- Ability to work effectively with executive leadership, technology teams, and operational departments
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward
- PMP certification is welcome, but not required.
- We are much more interested in real financial institution conversion experience than a specific certification.

- Candidates with direct Corelation Keystone implementation experience.
- Candidates with strong experience converting or implementing other major bank or credit union cores are also encouraged to apply.
