Accountabilities: The Desenvolvedor Python Pleno will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing Python-based solutions, ensuring reliable deliveries and contributing to process optimization.

• Develop, maintain, and evolve applications using Python with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and code quality.

• Build and support desktop automation solutions to improve operational workflows.

• Design, implement, and maintain API integrations, including REST API creation and consumption.

• Apply software development best practices, ensuring clean, organized, and maintainable code.

• Analyze technical challenges, identify solutions, and troubleshoot application issues.

• Contribute to continuous improvements in existing systems, processes, and development practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

• Participate in technical discussions and support improvements throughout the development lifecycle.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has practical experience in Python development, automation, integrations, and software engineering fundamentals.

• Professional experience developing solutions with Python.

• Hands-on experience with desktop automation.

• Experience creating and consuming REST APIs and integrating different systems.

• Knowledge of software development best practices and code organization.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve technical problems independently.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.

• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to prioritize tasks according to business needs.

• Intermediate English proficiency is considered a plus.

• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and applications is considered a plus.
