Full description

Are you an exceptional Senior Technical Business Analyst who embodies our values of pragmatism, professionalism, and transparency? We're seeking an individual who shares our commitment to excellence. This role is predominantly remote, though you may be required to travel to our London office once or twice over the course of the engagement.

As a Codurance Technical Business Analyst, you will be a pivotal link between clients, stakeholders and team members, ensuring successful delivery outcomes for all parties involved. This role is centred around a mobile application being developed for a large logistics organisation. You will be the sole BA embedded within a team of client engineers, working in parallel with Codurance colleagues on a broader engagement. It thrives on building trust and fostering collaborative environments, making it ideal for someone who can quickly earn the confidence of senior stakeholders and engineers alike while keeping delivery on track.

This is an initial 6-month contract, inside IR35.

End-of-August start date

£550-£600 per day

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary BA for a team of four client engineers, owning requirements, elaboration, and day-to-day delivery support.
  • Engage and manage senior client engineers and business stakeholders, building credibility and trust quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and refinement sessions with a Product Director and senior business representatives.
  • Work closely within a mobile development context, translating business needs into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Write user stories and elaborate acceptance criteria to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with Codurance colleagues working in parallel to align on the broader engagement and share context where relevant.
  • Shape the engagement roadmap and support the team in staying focused on high-value deliverables.
  • Senior-level Technical BA experience, with a breadth of roles and industries demonstrating adaptability and commercial maturity.
  • Experience working as a BA within mobile development teams is a strong advantage and will be prioritised.
  • Proven ability to manage and influence senior engineers and business stakeholders with confidence.
  • Logistics industry experience is desirable but not essential.
  • A track record of building strong working relationships quickly in fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous engagements.
  • Strong communication and listening skills suited to both technical and business audiences.
  • Must be based in the UK with reliable availability across standard working hours.
