Right now, we are looking for a Program Manager - Cybersecurity for a client on our Talent Team

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the cybersecurity program, including budget

planning, approval processes, execution monitoring, and coordination across stakeholder teams.

  • Monitor

cybersecurity risk mitigation projects and track the implementation of key security controls.

  • Report

cybersecurity risks, activities, and project status to stakeholders and management.

  • Maintain

project tracking, including project plans, execution status, risks, dependencies, and blockers.

  • Coordinate

risk mitigation activities with different areas of the organization.

  • Identify

and address cybersecurity risks within ongoing projects, ensuring appropriate security controls are implemented.

  • Manage

cybersecurity steering committees and internal communication channels, including agenda preparation, communication strategy definition, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Support

budget management activities, including annual budget preparation and execution monitoring.

  • Support the

preparation of annual cybersecurity activity plans.

  • Ensure

clear communication among stakeholders and maintain up-to-date project and technical documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve cybersecurity

processes and procedures.

You must have:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

experience combining technical and management capabilities.

  • Relevant

experience in program management or complex project management, preferably within cybersecurity.

  • Experience

preparing management reports on risks and operational activities, including steering committees.

  • Knowledge

of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Scrum, Agile, etc.).

  • Experience

with project management tools (e.g., Jira).

  • Knowledge

of information security, cybersecurity standards, and frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.).

  • Ability to

lead teams and coordinate multidisciplinary workgroups.

  • Strong

conflict management and stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Strong

planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to

identify and manage cybersecurity risks.

  • Ability to

work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

  • Proactive

mindset and strong initiative.

  • Critical

  • Excellent
