Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee building construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience in managing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgeting, and procurement strategies.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within specifications.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications, experience, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage all project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, RFIs, change orders, and project records.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project updates covering milestones, budgets, risks, and overall project performance.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Salary: ₹1,59,000 per month

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Construction (15+ years preferred).
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, procurement, budgeting, and contract management.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English speaking and listening skills are mandatory.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office and project management software.
