Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Senior Cyber Assessment Analyst- Service Integration to work in Dam Neck, VA in a hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
The Senior Cybersecurity Assessment Analyst leads and supports cybersecurity assessment activities involving Service-level organizations and operational forces. The position coordinates assessment opportunities, develops relationships with operational and cyber stakeholders, supports assessment planning and execution, and performs analysis of technical and operational cybersecurity data.
The analyst serves as a senior integration point between the assessment program and supported organizations, helping identify future assessment opportunities and ensuring assessments address operationally relevant cybersecurity and mission-survivability concerns. The position also contributes to program planning, assessment methodology development, and classified infrastructure/access coordination.
Key Duties -
- Lead planning and integration of assigned Service-focused cybersecurity assessments.
- Identify and develop potential assessment opportunities in coordination with Service, Combatant Command, cyber, and operational stakeholders.
- Serve as a senior liaison between the cybersecurity assessment program and supported organizations.
- Coordinate assessment scope, objectives, schedules, technical requirements, and stakeholder participation.
- Support planning and execution of operationally realistic cybersecurity assessments.
- Analyze vulnerabilities and cyber survivability issues affecting DoD systems and operational missions.
- Perform post-event data reduction, correlation, analysis, and development of findings.
- Develop assessment observations, root-cause analysis, recommendations, and other analytical products.
- Research cybersecurity-related manning, training, equipment, organizational, and procedural issues.
- Support development of assessment reports, briefings, event proposals, outbriefs, trip reports, and other deliverables.
- Participate in program working groups and contribute to development and refinement of assessment methodologies and guidance.
- Coordinate access to classified systems, networks, facilities, and information necessary to conduct assessment activities.
- Support development of future-year assessment concepts and program plans.
- Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to program leadership and supported organizations.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active TS/SCI Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience or Associate’s degree with 8 years of relevant experience
- 10 years of directly related specialized experience
- Experience supporting DOT&E cyber operational assessments
- Experience supporting large-scale exercises
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements
20%-30%
COMPENSATION:
$115,000 - $125,000
The salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
