Accountabilities: The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing applications while collaborating with distributed teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve applications using Python and modern engineering practices.

• Support component architecture, technical design decisions, and software quality standards across projects.

• Build scalable data storage solutions and optimize application performance for reliability and speed.

• Collaborate with technical leaders, engineers, and client teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective solutions.

• Contribute to structured development practices, including source control, deployment processes, automation, and release workflows.

• Implement and maintain testing strategies across unit, integration, and end-to-end testing environments.

• Work with cloud environments, infrastructure platforms, and container technologies to support robust application delivery.

• Participate in agile development processes, code reviews, pull requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Apply AI-powered development practices and emerging technologies to improve productivity and software delivery.

• Support client-facing engagements, including occasional travel to customer sites within the United States.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced software engineer with strong Python expertise, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate effectively in complex technical environments. Required qualifications include:

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with significant experience operating at a senior level.

• Deep expertise in Python development and experience working with modern AI frameworks and AI-native development practices.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLM-based solutions, and agentic workflows.

• Experience designing and delivering production-grade software solutions in agile environments.

• Solid knowledge of version control systems such as Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.

• Hands-on experience with databases, cloud platforms, infrastructure environments, Kubernetes, or similar technologies.

• Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.

• Strong testing knowledge, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing approaches.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Experience with AI application development, agent frameworks, Golang, or React-based frontend development is a plus.
