Light Brick Studio is a small development team based in Copenhagen, part of LEGO® Digital Play. We're on a mission to pioneer meaningful, creative, and joyful digital entertainment experiences for future generations.

We're looking for a QA Lead to take ownership of quality across our next game project, evolving our QA processes while working hands-on and embedded within the development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads one or more game projects from a Quality Assurance perspective
- Establishes, shapes, and continuously improves QA processes, working closely with the team to reflect their needs and ways of working
- Sources and manages external QA partners and resources
- Supports the User Research team in evaluating and improving player experience
- Collaborates closely with the development team on issue reproduction and resolution
- Creates, executes, and maintains test cases
- Identifies, documents, and verifies issues
- Validates and approves builds and release candidates
- Contributes to a collaborative culture and positive working environment
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in QA methodologies and tools
- Experience bringing multiple games through final QA to launch and patching
- Good knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems and requirements
- Experience with release processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on live-service games
- Experience working with external QA teams
- Experience with automation in test processes
