Full description

The Regional Field Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing service operations supporting the installation, repair and maintenance of Vertiv (and legacy company) equipment on customer sites across specific geographical areas. This role ensures the efficient and timely service delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a team of Field Delivery Managers to provide Services to our customers, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Take accountability for driving Financial performance within the teams to meet Forecasts and Budget Targets.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery processes and customer service.
  • Partner with support functions to ensure work schedules are appropriate to customer demand balanced with ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to maintain team effectiveness.
  • Analyse delivery data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Formal Engineering qualification in a related field
  • Proven experience managing field service team managers in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
