This role at Digitas will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.

Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts. You’ll work on brand campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and/or online testing strategy
  • Keep a pulse on day-to-day performance data, including display media, search, and/or social campaigns
  • Work in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards
  • Identify nuances in data to optimize our clients’ business
  • Support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Analyze data to tell a performance story that can be easily communicated to senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in a relevant industry
  • Passion for digital marketing, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity
  • Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, Google Analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Excel and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau a plus
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • A tenacity to solve problems, find solutions and seek out the unknown
  • At ease in front of the client, as in-person presentations and meeting are vital in this role
  • Paving own path and prioritizing needs based on impact and effort
  • A clear understanding for organization and juggling concurrent responsibilities
  • Client relationship and communication skills, with experience managing multiple projects across teams

Compensation Range: USD $73,150.00 - USD $96,200.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
