Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with complex software environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support of business applications. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex system issues. - Experience in managing and supporting enterprise resource planning systems. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Skilled in documenting processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
