We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution.
This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications while driving alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in support of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans as needed.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and expenditure tracking.
Coordinate change management activities and maintain project documentation and reporting.
Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Lead project meetings and remove barriers to project success.
Conduct post-project reviews and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with change management and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience presenting project updates to senior leadership.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $89,628 – $116,400.
