The Assistant Project & Maintenance Manager will oversee E&M building services maintenance, improvement works, and contract management for residential properties. They will also participate in new development projects, including technical vetting, site inspections, and the coordination of property handover processes.

Full description
Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance and improvement works on all E&M building services systems and facilities in residential properties managed by the Corporation through liaising with different stakeholders
- Manage maintenance and works contracts for residential properties, including undertaking design tasks, preparing tender documents and drawings, as well as carrying out site inspection
- Participate in new development projects of residential properties including conducting technical vetting and assessment, undertaking testing and commissioning activities, and/or providing training to contractors
- Coordinate the handover process of new properties including schedule coordination, conducting defect inspection and functional test, preparing defect report, and checking handover documents
Qualifications
- Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution
- Knowledge of design, tender specifications preparation, contract administration, site works supervision related to construction, refurbishment and maintenance of residential buildings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
