Basic Job Functions:

  • Compliance, Licensing, Insurance & Bonding for all US West branches — business/contractor licensing renewals, COI tracking, broker/carrier partnership, surety bonding administration, and vendor and customer compliance.
  • Month-End Close (high level) — journal entries, GL reconciliations, month-end reporting, internal controls, and inventory support.
  • Financial Analysis & Business Partnering — variance/trend analysis, forecasting/modeling, and cross-functional advisory work

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in month end close procedures
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
