We are expanding our cybersecurity capabilities and are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer with a strong interest in Zero Trust who understands how modern IT environments work and can turn security requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Your MissionAs a Cybersecurity Engineer, you work at the interface between security, infrastructure, cloud and delivery.
You understand how identities, devices, applications and networks interact, identify security weaknesses and implement controls that reduce risk without unnecessarily slowing down the business.
You work closely with our cybersecurity architects and engineering teams – from technical design and technology evaluation through configuration, integration, testing and production.
Your Responsibilities• Implement and integrate Zero Trust security solutions
- Configure and improve IAM, MFA, SSO, conditional access and least-privilege controls
- Implement ZTNA, SASE, network segmentation and secure connectivity
- Secure cloud, hybrid and on-premise environments
- Implement endpoint, network, identity and workload security controls
- Integrate identity providers, applications and security platforms
- Configure, test and optimise security technologies
- Analyse security issues and support remediation and troubleshooting
- Improve security monitoring, logging and detection capabilities
- Automate security configurations and controls where it creates value
- Document technical solutions, configurations and security controls
- Work closely with cybersecurity architects, cloud, infrastructure, DevOps and software teams
- Support customer projects from technical design through implementation
Your Profile• Experience in cybersecurity engineering, network security, cloud security, infrastructure security or a comparable technical role
- Good understanding of Zero Trust principles and modern cybersecurity technologies
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas such as IAM, ZTNA, SASE, network security, segmentation, cloud security, endpoint security or access control
- Good understanding of enterprise networks, identity, authentication and cloud environments
- Experience implementing, integrating, configuring or operating security technologies
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and turn them into reliable implementations
- Hands-on mindset and curiosity for new security technologies
- Independent and quality-focused way of working
- Fluent English or German is required
Nice to Have• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike or similar technologies
- Experience with Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Experience with PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible or Infrastructure-as-Code
- Knowledge of NIST, CIS, ISO 27001 or Zero Trust frameworks
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications
- German, French or other languages in addition to your primary working language
