Full description

The Business Systems & AI Analyst serves as the technology partner to the Business Development organization, leveraging data analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and Microsoft technologies to improve business operations and enable strategic growth. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and implement practical solutions within a secure Microsoft GCC High environment.

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, this hands-on individual contributor works closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to solve operational challenges, improve productivity, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with stakeholders, is energized by solving complex business problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where technology drives meaningful results.

U.S. Citizenship is required. This position is not eligible for visa or employment authorization (EAD) sponsorship.

You Will Be Accountable For

Business Systems & Process Improvement

  • Partner with Business Development and cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Configure and support Microsoft 365 business solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements through technology and automation.
  • Document business processes, system enhancements, and solution designs.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI, Excel, and related reporting tools.
  • Deliver actionable insights that support operational and strategic business decisions.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, trend analysis, and business performance reporting.

Automation & AI Solutions

  • Design, build, and support workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement AI-enabled business solutions that improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
  • Build and support AI agents, agentic workflows, and generative AI solutions to automate business processes.
  • Test, validate, document, and continuously improve automation and AI initiatives.
  • Support adoption and governance of approved AI technologies across the business.

Microsoft GCC High Environment

  • Support business users and solutions within the Microsoft GCC High environment.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, improve user adoption, and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure solutions are developed in accordance with established security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required; visa/employment authorization (EAD) sponsorship is not available.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience supporting business systems, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365 solutions, or business applications.
  • Experience supporting users and solutions within a Microsoft GCC High environment (required).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, or other enterprise generative AI platforms.
  • Experience developing or supporting AI agents, agentic workflows, or generative AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with large language models and AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and/or Python preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and business partnering skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

  • SharePoint administration or development.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions using APIs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other enterprise connectors.
  • Manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft security, compliance, governance, and identity tools.
  • Experience evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies in a business environment.

Salary range $74000 - $94000/year
