Job Description

Candidate must be willing to participate on code development for automotive projects, activities includes:

  • Embedded Software Development, Requirements, design, coding, configuration, test and documentation for Active Safety products (Mostly Brake Systems).
  • Requirement/Task implementation.
  • SW maintenance and testing: Debug, Test, configuration management and documentation.

Qualifications

Must

  • Basic understanding of Automotive Braking Systems.
  • Basing understanding of Vehicle Dynamics.
  • More than 4 years of experience in Automotive Embedded Software, preferably working in Braking Systems.
  • C programming experience or similar programming languages.
  • Experience working with model based programming and simulation tools (i.e. Matlab/Simulink, ASCET).
  • Ability to debug electronic hardware and test vehicles.
  • Experience with the following: Control theory, system engineering, functional embedded software design.
  • CAN protocol, LIN, UDS (basic knowledge: theoretical knowledge of the protocol, basic user.)
  • Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (V model, ASPICE).
  • Hands-on experience regarding Software Requirements Analysis.
  • Experience using DOORS, or requirement tracking tools.
  • Experience using CANOe ,CANalyzer, or Similar Tools.
  • Testing experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Team work and intercultural orientation.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Responsible and committed to handle task independently.
  • Experience integrating Application SW, Tracking activities, Integration activities (Documentation, testing, etc).
  • Static code analysis (QAC/Misra: basic user).
  • Functional Safety knowledge (ISO 26262). 
  • Experience working with Automotive Electronic Control Units (ECU's).
  • Familiar with Agile Methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, Continuous Integration, etc.)
