About the Role

You will shape how customers experience communication across email, push notifications, and other owned channels. This role sits in a cross-functional product environment where CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering work closely together to create communication journeys that feel relevant, consistent, and genuinely useful.

You will combine product design, UI craft, and customer insight to improve engagement across key touchpoints. That means turning business goals and customer needs into scalable patterns, clear concepts, and polished experiences that support both personalization and campaign execution.

You will work across the full design process, from discovery and concept development to prototyping, validation, and delivery. It is a great opportunity if you enjoy influencing both the strategic direction and the hands-on design craft in a communication-focused product space.

Job Description

• You will design and refine customer-facing communication experiences across email, push notifications, and other owned channels.
• You will create scalable UI patterns, templates, and components that support personalization, campaign execution, and consistent brand experiences.
• You will collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Loyalty, Product, and Engineering to turn customer insights and business goals into effective communication journeys.
• You will drive discovery, concept development, prototyping, and validation of new communication experiences and lifecycle initiatives.
• You will use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and help measure impact.
• You will contribute to stronger engagement, relevance, usability, and customer value across touchpoints.

Requirements

• Strong product design and UI design capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital experiences.
• Experience designing for email, push notifications, CRM platforms, or other communication-focused products and services.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, design systems, and component-based design.
• Solid understanding of customer journeys, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and own workstreams from discovery through delivery.
• Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives in a cross-functional setting.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, align stakeholders around a vision, and advocate for user-centered solutions.
• Comfort working in a strategic environment while staying hands-on in execution and design craft.
• Fluent Swedish and English.
