Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lead Data Analyst to manage data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business insights. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, experience in handling large datasets, and the ability to support business decisions through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
- Create and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers
- Lead data reporting activities and ensure data accuracy.
- Work closely with management and different departments
- Identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Automate reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Monitor data quality and resolve reporting issues
- Support forecasting and performance analysis
- Train and guide junior analysts/team members
Requirements
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formulas)
- SQL knowledge mandatory
- Power BI / Tableau experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
- Ability to handle large datasets and deadlines
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, or related field
- Certification in Data Analytics is an added advantage
Preferred:
- Experience in MIS Reporting and Business Analysis
- Experience with ERP/CRM tools
- Team handling experience preferred
