The Job As a Delivery Manager, your main goal is to own and optimize the end-to-end delivery system, ensuring predictable, high-throughput, and value-driven software delivery across teams. You are not just tracking projects—you are responsible for the delivery flow, capacity utilization, and the overall effectiveness of how work moves from planning to production. You will leverage AI tools to improve forecasting, communication, reporting, and decision-making across the delivery lifecycle.
What You'll Do
- Own the delivery flow system across teams, ensuring smooth execution from planning to production
- Optimize capacity, throughput, and predictability using data-driven and point-based planning models
- Act as the main alignment point between clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams
- Translate execution progress into clear business value and impact communication
- Monitor delivery health using flow metrics (throughput, cycle time, predictability, capacity utilization)
- Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks that affect delivery performance
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a focus on flow efficiency and delivery outcomes, not just status tracking
- Ensure accurate forecasting of timelines, scope, and delivery capacity using point economy models
- Maintain Jira and delivery tracking systems as a reflection of real flow, not just task status
- Use AI tools to enhance forecasting, reporting, meeting synthesis, risk detection, and communication clarity
What You Bring To The Team
Must Have Skills
• 4+ years of experience in Delivery Management or Project Management in Agile software environments • Strong experience managing end-to-end software delivery across multiple teams • Advanced English level (C1, able to lead client-facing conversations) • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with emphasis on flow-based delivery systems • Experience working with point economy models for capacity planning and forecasting • Experience in capacity reporting and workload visibility across teams and projects • Strong ability to apply value-based communication when reporting delivery status to stakeholders (focus on impact, outcomes, and business value rather than task status) • Experience with Jira or similar delivery tracking tools • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering workflows • Experience working with distributed and multicultural engineering teams
Nice-to-have
- Scrum Master or Agile certifications
- Experience with enterprise or international clients
- Experience introducing or improving flow-based delivery systems or point economy models
- Strong AI fluency with daily use of AI tools for reporting, forecasting, and delivery optimization
- Experience using AI to improve stakeholder communication and decision-making efficiency
