As a Business Analyst at PwC, you'll bring your expertise in process design, requirements elicitation and contract lifecycle management to a major client contracting transformation program, based in Sydney / Gadigal or Melbourne / Naarm. You'll partner with teams across Legal, Risk, Finance and Technology to reshape how the firm manages contracts — simplifying pathways, strengthening controls and improving the experience end to end.

What you’ll do:
- Leverage current-state analysis and findings to design future-state contracting processes, controls and operating model improvements that support a simplified, standardised and scalable contract lifecycle.
- Develop future-state process maps, client journeys, service designs and workflow models that improve user experience, strengthen accountability and enhance contract lifecycle visibility.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, Finance, Technology and Client Delivery teams to define, validate and document business, functional and reporting requirements for future-state contracting capabilities.
- Design future-state controls, governance frameworks and obligations management approaches that strengthen compliance, monitoring and risk management across the contract lifecycle.
- Assess future-state process, data and technology requirements, including contract management tooling, and provide recommendations to support enhanced visibility, workflow management and control effectiveness.
- Prepare business requirements, design documentation, implementation of artefacts, and transition materials to support delivery of contracting transformation outcomes.
What we’re looking for:
Core skills
- Demonstrated experience leading business analysis activities within large-scale transformation programs.
- Strong experience in contracting, contract lifecycle management, legal operations, or commercial contracting processes.
- Strong experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation, controls assessment and operating model design.
Desirable skills
- Demonstrated experience conducting client journey mapping, user journey mapping, UX analysis and service design activities.
- Experience assessing and redesigning controls, governance processes, and risk management frameworks.

- Flexibility means trusting you to choose when, where, and how you work balancing what’s best for you, your team, and your clients to grow and thrive together.
- Clear paths for career progression supported by continuous learning and leadership development.
- Generous leave entitlements to support your work-life balance - including floating public holidays, birthday leave and ability to purchase additional leave on top of your four weeks.
- A world-class parental leave policy offering up to 26 weeks of leave for caregivers, supporting your family and personal life.
