  • Connect residents with resources and services by building partnerships with local nonprofits, government agencies, social service providers, and other community organizations and helping residents navigate available support.
  • Support resident communication and engagement through newsletters, programming calendars, flyers, community outreach, surveys, group discussions, and other engagement activities.
  • Partner with property management and community stakeholders to address resident concerns, advocate for residents, and ensure required services and commitments are delivered and properly documented.
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold compliance by tracking programs and services, protecting resident confidentiality, and following Fair Housing requirements and applicable laws and regulations.

  • A genuine passion for helping others and a service-minded, approachable, and welcoming personality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with residents from diverse backgrounds.
  • Bilingual communication skills are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently develop and coordinate programs while also working collaboratively with property management and community partners.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
