About the Role
We're partnering with a fast-growing, content-rich B2B organization that lives and breathes brand consistency and speed. They're looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist to own creative execution across social, paid advertising, events and short-form video — working remotely, in step with an Australian-hours marketing team.
What You'll Do
- Design social and paid ad creative for LinkedIn, Meta and YouTube campaigns.
- Produce AI-assisted social tiles alongside traditional design work.
- Build brochures, sales collateral, and event/exhibition artwork within established brand templates.
- Edit short-form video — repurposing webinars and interviews into fresh social content.
- Recommend visual treatments and formats, not just execute supplied designs.
- Manage multiple creative requests and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years' professional graphic design experience.
- A portfolio spanning social, digital advertising, print and short-form video.
- Strong hands-on skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (including templates and brand kits).
- Real experience creating paid advertising creative for LinkedIn, Meta and/or YouTube.
- An eye for clear, conversion-driving calls-to-action.
- The ability to pick up a new brand and hit the ground running.
Nice to Have
- After Effects or motion-design experience.
- Background in B2B, tech, SaaS or corporate marketing.
- Comfort with AI-enabled creative tools.
- Exposure to recording/production tools for webinar-style content.
What's In It For You
- Fully remote role with a genuinely varied creative scope — social, print, events and video in one seat.
- Work with an organization that takes brand consistency seriously, so your work is set up to matter.
- Room to bring your own ideas to the table rather than just executing briefs.
- Competitive salary, discussed during the interview.
Call to Action
Ready to bring your design speed and video eye to a team that moves fast? As part of the process, shortlisted candidates will complete a short 30-second YouTube ad edit as a practical assessment — bring your creativity and we'll bring the coffee. Apply now.
